  • How long is the production time?
    After receipt of your order and our review, the order goes into production. Typically:1.Sublimation Print takes about 1-5 business days to prepare your order.2.Stitched(Embroidered) takes about 3-10 business days to prepare your order.
  • How long is the delivery time?

    When production is complete and the package containing your order is delivered to the courier, it will take 7-10 business days for delivery.If your order chooses ExpeditedDHL shipping, the delivery time is 3-5 business days.

    The cost for expedited DHL service to the United States is

    $15 basic fees + $5 * qty  in cart

    Purchasing expedited shipping does not shorten production time, it only speeds up the shipping time.

    You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order is ready to ship.

  • Can you ship outside the contiguous U.S.?
    No matter where you are in the world, we’ll make sure your package arrives via UPS.DHL. The shipping costs vary depending on where the order is going.
  • Can I change the shipping address on my order?
    Contact us within 30 minutes, otherwise it cannot be processed.
  • Note for taxes.
    Our customers do not need to pay import fees, duties, or VAT(Valued Additional Tax). However, some limited countries (especially some European countries such as Germany, Italy, the UK, Canada, etc.) may need to pay duties or VAT according to your countries’ levying rules.
  • Why do you have to wait longer than usual?
    Custom products come created entirely by us from the moment you place your orderThis means that we do not already have everything ready, we have to prepare all the elements that make up the product, carry out the quality control, packaging, and finally shipping. As you may have noticed, the to-do list for each personalized product is very long, which is why a longer waiting period is required than for a ready-made product.So you will have to wait a little bit but it is worth it because the result will be unique, inimitable, and of quality!

  • Why did my order ship in multiple boxes?

    Your order may ship in multiple parts, or some of it could ship with another part of it coming later (sometimes called a partial ship). The number of shipments depends on the complexity of the order, the volume of orders, and the location at which it's being customized. We will always do our best to ship orders in as few boxes as possible and get them to you as quickly as we can!

    1. Accept the Package

    When you can see right away that the package has been damaged in transit, please don’t refuse the package. Please accept the package, and properly document the damage for your claim.

    Upon accepting damaged merchandise, you should immediately take detailed notes and snap photos of both the compromised packaging and the broken products; this may help to determine whether the package was improperly packed, or improperly handled and damaged in transit.

    By documenting your damaged goods, you can present proof to us that the item was damaged. We can use these photos as evidence when we decide to file a claim against the carrier.

  • What is your cancellation policy?
    If you’d like to cancel your order, please send us an email with your order number and the reason for the cancellation, and we will retrieve it back if the order has not been put into production.However, if you would like to cancel your purchase which has been put into production, your order is subject to a $20 restocking fee per item.
  • What is your return policy?
    We are UNABLE TO ACCEPT RETURNS/EXCHANGES ON CUSTOMIZED ORDER unless the products are damaged or defective upon arrival.Please refer to our Shipping& Returns Policy or contact our customer service at [email protected].
  • How long does it take to have my money refunded back to me?
    Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to be processed. Reimbursement of funds will be allocated back to the original form of payment used for the purchase. If you do not receive your refund within this time, please contact us .
  • What do I do if I receive a faulty item?
    If a product you have purchased from us is not of satisfactory quality, or you consider it to be faulty, please contact Customer Services by email at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order and we’ll take care of it for you. And you will be advised how to return it to us.The item needs to be returned with the original packaging and labels, your proof of purchase, and a cover letter stating the fault and the request for a refund/replacement. Please note that replacements will be subject to stock availability.Once your item arrives in the warehouse, we reserve the right to send products away for independent testing on the suspected fault, this can take up to 14 working days.

  • Why do you charge my card more than the price of your product?
    We only receive the product price. The extra money may be charged by the bank as the bank fee. Hope you can understand.Note: Since there is exchange conversion, cross-border fees (Charged by issuing bank), etc., there is a difference between the actual charge and transaction amount, and the proportion will be depending on the bank.

  • Note On Re-delivery

    When checkout, please be sure to fill in your shipping address accurately. If the package cannot be delivered due to a wrong shipping address, $25 will be needed for a re-delivery.

    We have been in the online customization business for multiple years. We have been the leading provider in custom sports apparel with many satisfied customers. Also, we promote paying by Stripe, PayPal. so that if there is any issue with your order, you may simply dispute the order with your account to assure your payment will be secured. However, we can ensure you that we will assist you with your order if any error occurs on our end.

    If you are reporting a lost package, please ensure the following steps are taken before contacting customer service.All Customers - Check the immediate area around your mailbox or front desk.   • How do I find the custom jerseys I want to buy?
    Find on the home page the category of the item you want to buy (in the category list on the top of the page below the site title), move your mouse to the category name, you will see a list of sub-categories. Choose the one your item belongs to, and will transfer to the product page. You can choose the item you want to buy here.
  • How can I place an order?
    Firstly, after clicking the product, you are looking for, select gender, size, and fill in your name, number, and upload your logo, then click Add to Cart. Review the items in your shopping cart. Enter coupons or discount codes if you have any.Secondly, when you are ready, click “Checkout” and you will be transferred to the payment page. Choose your check out method as guest or registered customer (registered customers can log in from the right page). After that, you should fill out your email and shipping address. Review your order information. You may edit your address and payment information. Select "continue to shipping" to the next page.Thirdly, choose the ways you want to pay (Credit cards, PayPal, or Stripe). And fill out the billing address, then “pay now”. Do not forget to keep the order information in a secure place in case you may need to check your order status.

    All our custom products have been tested and developed to ensure they are of the best quality possible. We have spent hundreds of hours working on each product to ensure it is not only top quality, but comfortable and will stand the test of time.
  • What is your minimum order quantity?
    We have no minimum order quantities across all our products. You may purchase as many items as you would like.
  • Why haven’t I received any emails or replies after placing my order?

    Click on the 'Choose File.' Select the logo file from your computer and upload it.Please note that you can only upload the following file formats: gif, jpg, jpeg, png, or vector file format like eps, ai, cdr, etc. We only accept high-quality images, minimum of 400x400 pixels. Please contact us via email if you want to put two logos or any other position.
  • Can I put a logo or emblem on my apparel?
    Yes, you can upload your own logo on the product page. We can also suggest logos or emblems for you. Be aware of uploading copyrighted work without authority constitutes an infringement.
  • Can I replace the team name on the front with a team logo?
    Yes, you can. To better help you customize your jerseys, you’d better get in touch with us at [email protected] or via online chat. Our professional service team will help you complete the entire customization process.
  • Can I use another font, not the default font on your website?
    Yes, you can suggest a special font for us to use on your product. The style of all lettering and numbers can be customized to your choosing.
  • Can I get a free mockup?
    If you need a mockup, please contact our customer service to get it. To make the whole process efficient and accurate, please tell us the jerseys' exact style, color, and other details. If you have already placed an order, tell us your order number and we will also make a mockup for you. Please get in touch with us at [email protected].
  • How does logo outline work?
    Typically we will add a logo outline to contrast well with your chosen product, to request a special color match, just add the note in your order or you can email us: [email protected]
  • Could I order two different logos in one batch of jerseys or uniforms?
    Yes absolutely. Simply email our sales team at [email protected] , and in the notes section, mention which logos should be assigned to which apparel and where the placement of the logos should be.
  • Special Note On Blank Customization
    If you choose “Stitched” or “Print” when placing an order, but do not fill in any customized content (name/number/logo), the order will be changed to the “Blank” version automatically. And you will get plain products of the corresponding color and design WITHOUT ANY CUSTOMIZED INFORMATION(No name/number/logo).

    If you have any customization requirements for your order, please be sure to leave us a message in the Order Note. Such as font, color, mockup, logo, etc.

  • Special reminder for the logo

    We only accept high-quality images, a minimum of 400px by 400px. But for some products, such as Football Hoodies, Hockey Jerseys, and Jackets, the logo area is larger than usual, so high-resolution images are required, you need to upload a file no less than 800px by 800px. Some products require uploading a 1000px px 1000px logo. For specific logo pixel requirements, please refer to our tips.

    Please note that you can only upload the following file formats: GIF, JPG, JEPG, PNG, or vector file formats like EPS, AI, CDR, etc.

    Note: If the pixels of the logo you upload are lower than our requirements, our designers need to spend days helping to design and adjust the clarity to achieve the best production effect. Mockup-making time is not included in the standard time frame of your order.
